What's the MOQ of dehumidifier?
No MOQ for EAST series dehumidifier, no MOQ for customize units.
What's the warranty time of dehumidifier?
The warranty time is 12 months for whole unit, and 36 months for the compressor.
What's the payment of my order?
TT 100% deposit when amount is less than USD5,000.
TT 30% deposit, balance paid before delivery when amount is more than USD5,000.
What's the delivery time of dehumidifier?
15~20 working days after receiving deposit.
What about shipping of dehumidifier order?
We suggest to ship by sea to get cheapest rate, voyage date to America around 30~40 days, to Europe 25~30 days, to Asia and Austrilia 7~15 days.
