Custom Industrial Dehumidifiers

Built Around Your Process, Not a Catalog.

Off-the-shelf units never fit your space, your process, or your humidity target. DRYFORGE engineers each dehumidifier to your exact specification and ships it in 15 days. From the outer panel to the control screen, every layer is customizable.

Six Ways We Customize Your Unit

Every DRYFORGE unit is specified, not selected. These are the six layers we tailor to your application.

Sheet-Metal & Enclosure

Color, material and your logo on the cabinet.

Structure & Form-Factor

Refrigeration type, mounting and ducting.

Evaporator & Condenser

Coil build, material and nickel plating.

Hazardous-Area (Ex)

Explosion-proof motors and controls.

Electrical System

Voltage, control logic and screen.

Combined Rotor System

Full desiccant package, sized to room.

Sheet-Metal & Enclosure

The housing is the first thing your team sees and the line your spec sheet draws. We build it to match your brand and your site.

  • Color: any RAL-code powder coating, or matched to your brand color sample.
  • Material: cold-rolled steel (cost-effective, painted) or stainless 304 (food, pharma) / 316 (coastal, pool).
  • Logo: silk-screen print, laser engraving or an embossed nameplate.

Structure & Form-Factor

How the unit cools the air, where it sits, and how air moves through it — all specified to your layout.

  • Refrigeration: condensing type or desiccant rotor, or a hybrid of both.
  • Mounting: floor-standing, wall, ceiling, ducted, or wheeled portable.
  • Form-factor & ducting: footprint and flange size shaped to the room.

03

Evaporator & Condenser

The heat-exchange core does the real work — and fails first in harsh air. We specify its build to your environment.

  • Structure: fin-and-tube coil with adjustable fin density (FPI) and row count.
  • Material: copper tube + aluminum fin, or hydrophilic aluminum fin.
  • Surface: nickel-plating for coastal, pool and high-humidity air; epoxy coating optional.

Hazardous-Area (Explosion-Proof)

Some sites cannot take a standard unit. We build to recognized explosion-protection standards so you stay compliant.

  • Motor: flameproof (Ex d) motor and fan contained against internal spark.
  • Controls: intrinsically safe or pressurized enclosure.
  • Certification: CNEX (China) and ATEX (EU) options with documentation.

05

Electrical System

A unit that does not match the local supply will not switch on. We wire it for where it ships.

  • Voltage & frequency: 120V 60Hz (US/CA), 220-240V 50Hz (EU/CN/AU), 100V (JP), 380-415V 3-phase.
  • Control: microcontroller or PLC logic with BMS links (Modbus / BACnet).
  • Screen: LED + push-button, or a touch HMI your operators enjoy using.

Combined Desiccant Rotor System

When one unit is not enough — battery dry rooms, pharma, archives — we engineer the complete package.

  • Full package: pre-cooling + desiccant rotor + reactivation heater + post-cooling + fans + filtration.
  • Sized to environment: target RH down to ~1% for battery dry rooms, by air volume and temperature.
  • Integrated: ducting, control panel and BMS designed together.

Before You Send the Brief

Is 15 days realistic for a custom unit?

Yes for most builds. We make our own sheet-metal, coils and controls in-house, so we are not waiting on outside suppliers for core parts. Very large rotor systems or special certifications may need a little longer — confirmed in your proposal.

Can you match our brand color and logo?

Yes. Send a RAL code or a color sample and we powder-coat to it; your logo goes on by silk-screen, laser engraving or a nameplate.

Do you support hazardous or coastal sites?

We build explosion-proof (CNEX / ATEX) units for risky areas, and stainless 316 + nickel-plated coils for pool, marine and high-corrosion air.

Can it connect to our building management system?

Yes. PLC-based control with Modbus / BACnet links is available, plus a local touch HMI for on-site operation.
